BALTIMOORE: New Album Details Revealed

April 17, 2006

BLP Music has announced the details of the new BALTIMOORE album, "Kaleidoscope", set for release on April 24.

Following swiftly on the heels of autumn 2005's critically acclaimed release "Fanatical" (Lion Music),the new album "Kaleidoscope" features 12 original hard rocking tracks that are guaranteed to excite any fan of honest hard rock possessing a loud dynamic twin guitar assault, a powering rhythm section and gritty earthy vocals.

The band’s trademark, vocalist Björn Lodin, with his unique distinctive voice is again both writer and producer and for the first time in the bands history the lineup is consistent with the last release — Hempo Hildén (drums),Stefan Bergström (guitar),Weine Johansson (bass),and Magnus Sedenberg (guitar). This stability in lineup oozes through each note and performance on the new album. Sonically, "Kaleidoscope" takes the raw hard rock approach of "Fanatical" and adds a slight harder darker edge.

Fans of classic hard rock will find "Kaleidoscope" a breath of fresh air with it big riffs, great guitar tones, ultra tight rhythm section and stunning vocal melodies and delivery.

Two further BALTIMOORE albums are already scheduled for release highlighting the bands new found drive with expected release timescales for these being mid October 2006 and March/April 2007.

BLP Music is Björn Lodin's own newly formed record label.
